Hometown Harvest Fair! This year’s family-friendly tradition is scheduled for Sat. October 10th from 10am – 4pm. Main Street will be closed to traffic in order to increase safety and enjoyment for all. Admission is free, and a rain date has been set for Sunday, October 11th.
Sponsored this year by 1st Constitution Bank, Verizon, CCL Label, and Allen & Stults Co., attendance has grown tremendously at this annual event. Based on last year’s estimates, as many as 5000 visitors are expected this year. Over 100 vendors are expected to participate.
Fair events will include a rubber ducky derby, chili cook-off, pony rides, craft vendors, pedal boat rides on scenic Peddie Lake, and non-stop live entertainment on two stages, including dance, musical performances and fitness demonstrations. A fashion show is planned, along with an artists’ alley on West Ward Street.
The all-new children’s pavilion will offer inflatables, face painting, sand art, pottery, tattoos, balloonist treats and activities, as well as a puppet show and magic show to entertain kids of all ages.

Antique autos will also be featured at the fair, along with a motorcycle show and railroad show.
