On November 7 and 8, FunniBonz joined hundreds of other vendors and celebrity chefs at the Metropolitan Cooking and Entertaining Show in Washington DC. Here are some shots of the show:
Jim III, Evonne, Darryl, Lauryn (left) and Jim Jr., Jo, Casi and Jordan (right)
Lauryn collecting names for the newsletter. Casi and Top Chef's Carla Hall
Sisters Jeannie Roché and Jo Barbour with cousin Lynn Peniston. There's nothing like the love and support of family!!
Staff (and new FunniBonz Fans) from Ella's Wood Fired Pizza in DC. Delicious food, perfectly mixed drinks, excellent service. We highly recommend it! (And it's more than just pizza!)
New friends and fans. Thank you all so much for making our days at the show so memorable. We loved meeting you!
Jordan and Lauryn enjoyed the cooking classes for kids.
Serving the masses... (Our line was never-ending! It was awesome!)
New Fans Dierdre and Nadine passed the sauce on to Paula Deen and her hubby Michael. Hope she likes it!

Thanks to all that came out to support us during that long, busy weekend. Special thanks to Kellie Shevlin and Jackie Berdy who made application, set up and cleanup pain-free, Joe from Happy Hal's Jalapenos, Dave from Home Style Foods and the folks at Picky Vicki's BBQ for being there when we needed help, Heath from Pork Barrel BBQ, Gia from Gia Michael's Confections and especially to our cousin Carol Barbour for throwing on an apron and pulling a shift with us. I'll say it again; there's nothing like the love and support of good friends and family.
